Handcrafted Nature of Our Products

Our shawls are made using traditional craftsmanship. As a result, slight variations in weave, texture, color, or detailing may occur. These subtle differences are a natural part of handcrafted products and enhance their uniqueness and authenticity. Such variations are not considered defects.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before the shipment process has begun. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Returns & Exchanges

We currently do not offer returns or exchanges on any of our products once they have been delivered.

However, if you receive a product that is damaged during transit or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear images and order details. Our team will review the concern and assist you accordingly.
