Shipping policy

Domestic Shipping (Within India)

  • Prepaid Orders:
    All prepaid orders are shipped free of charge. No additional shipping cost will be applied.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:
    A shipping fee of ₹300 will be charged on all COD orders.

  • Re-dispatch of Returned Orders:
    If an order (prepaid or COD) is returned to us due to incorrect address, non-acceptance, or any other reason, a ₹300 reshipping charge will apply to dispatch the order again.

  • Order Processing Time:
    Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 2–3 working days after confirmation.

  • Delivery Timeline:
    Domestic deliveries generally take 8–10 working days, depending on the delivery location and courier service.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as logistics delays or regional restrictions.


International Shipping

  • Shipping Charges:
    A flat shipping fee of USD 50 is applicable to all international orders.

  • Currency Conversion:
    Final charges may vary depending on your bank, payment method, and applicable currency conversion rates.

  • Customs Duties & Taxes:
    Any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee.

  • Order Processing Time:
    International orders are typically dispatched within 2–3 working days.

  • Delivery Timeline:
    Estimated delivery time for international shipments is 10–15 working days. Delays due to customs clearance or courier processes may occur and are beyond our control.

  • Final Sale Policy:
    All international orders are considered final sale once shipped and are non-returnable and non-refundable.
